Shipping Policy
At Minima Basics, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Once orders are received, it may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take
between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. Please use the shipping estimates to quote.
Delivery Time:
Estimated 2-4 business days within Canada.
Estimated 5-8 business days within United States.
Policies:
- Orders greater than or equal to $85.00CAD will
have FREE shipping!
- Orders less than $85CAD will be subject to
a shipping rate calculated by Canada Post.
International Shipping & Import Duties/Taxes/VAT Policy:
International orders are shipped either via Canada Post, UPS or USPS to provide you the best rate possible and items typically can take up to 4 weeks to receive depending on the country. Your package can take longer to receive if your package has been stuck at the customs check. Minima Basics is not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered by your carrier.
If you are ordering from the United States, it is shipped by Canada Post and you can choose Small Packet - Air, but keep in mind that it is not a trackable option, so the customer has full responsibility if it is lost. And this generally can take up to 5-8 business days.
Import duties, taxes and VAT depend on the destination country. Please take a look at the rates and fees with your local post office to avoid any surprises upon delivery. If your package is rejected by the destination country, Minima Basics is in no way responsible for the cost of reshipping your order.
If your package is marked "Delivered", but you have not received your order, please do not wait to contact us at info@minimabasics.ca. It is unfortunate that package theft exist. We understand so and would need your cooperation by contacting us as soon as possible and providing us the most detailed and descriptive outline of your package to file a report. This will be needed to file a stolen package claim to the delivery carrier. However, Minima Basics is no way responsible for stolen mails and packages as a result of insecure receiving locations given by the customer.
Please make sure you fill out the correct address prior submitting your order. The customer is responsible for the shipping and billing address, and any applicable taxes and customs duties.
